Welcome to Indie Rewards, LLC ("Indie Rewards", "we", "us", or "our"). We provide a loyalty program platform that allows users to earn and redeem stamps at participating merchants. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our services.
- "Service" refers to the Indie Rewards platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services.
- "User", "you", or "your" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.
- "Merchant" refers to businesses participating in the Indie Rewards program.
3.1 To use Indie Rewards, you must register an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password.
3.2 Your account security is protected by Supabase Auth. For more details on security practices, please refer to Supabase's security documentation.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.1 You agree to use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Falsifying stamp records
- Misusing redemption screenshots
- Engaging in fraudulent behavior
- Attempting to access other users' accounts
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service
5.1 Earning Stamps
- Stamps are earned by visiting participating Merchants, scanning a QR code at the premises, and engaging with the Merchant's page.
- The rate at which stamps are earned is determined by each Merchant.
5.2 Redeeming Rewards
- To redeem stamps, select a reward, confirm, and present it at the time of checkout.
- Rewards expire within a specified timeframe after redemption, as determined by each Merchant.
5.3 Stamp Expiry
- Stamps expiry is subject to the terms set by individual Merchants.
6.1 You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
6.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
7.1 Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.2 You consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8.1 All Service content is either our property or that of our licensors.
8.2 Users retain ownership of their generated content but grant us a license for its use within the service.
9.1 The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of continuous or error-free operation.
9.2 Indie Rewards, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service.
9.3 We are not responsible for the actions, content, information, or data of third parties, including participating Merchants.
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA.
10.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled in Newport, Kentucky, by confidential binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts engaged in unauthorized or fraudulent activities.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
